My name is Anne Quick, I am a Mortgage Broker here at Willow Financial Services in Mount Gambier. I have been a Mortgage Broker for over 24 years with a sound knowledge of lending in Home Loans, Investment Loans, Personal and Business Loans. I really enjoy the customer service and satisfaction of a happy client when their loan is approved. As a Broker, we act in the Best Interests of the client having many different loans and options on offer with a variety of Banks and Lenders at our fingertips. We do the hard work for you making it as stress free as possible from start to finish.

My banking journey began in 1998 in Tennant Creek as a teller with ANZ. Over the years, I have held diverse roles in Customer Service, Relationship Banking, Branch Management, and Lending. In 2011, I transitioned to the role of Home and Investment Lending Manager at ANZ in Mount Gambier, remaining there until I joined Willow Finance in March 2022. Since joining Willow Finance, I have completed my Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, rediscovering a passion for Home Lending. I bring extensive expertise in credit risk and analysis, coupled with a growing understanding of the unique offerings each lender provides to tailor solutions that best meet my customers' needs.

Hi, I’m Liz — an experienced and approachable admin and broker support professional working in the mortgage industry. I’ve proudly been part of the Willow Lending Team since May 2018, where I wear many hats to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. With over 23 years at a local credit union before joining Willow, I bring a deep understanding of finance and customer service. I started my journey as a teller and worked my way up through personal lending, eventually moving into the securities department, where I handled mortgage documents and settlements. I love helping clients and supporting our brokers every step of the way. I’m passionate about learning and always keeping my skills sharp — if I don’t know the answer, I’ll track it down. My fun-loving and approachable nature means clients and colleagues alike feel comfortable coming to me for help (and maybe even a good laugh or two!). Outside of work, I’m lucky to share life with my gorgeous, kind-hearted husband and our two amazing kids who definitely keep things lively! I love catching up with friends over a good coffee (or the occasional cheeky cocktail) and enjoying a bit of sport whenever I get the chance.
